Status	Partially Open.
Test Results	Unvaccinated and/or non-fully vaccinated passengers must present PCR or rapid antigen at most 3x24 hours.
Vaccination Certificate	Fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure.

Additional Entry Requirements

A COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing the passenger has received the full dose of vaccine at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test maximum 3x24 hours prior to their arrival time in Panama. Test results must be in English or Spanish.
Passengers without a negative COVID-19 test based on the regulation are subject to a test upon arrival at their own expense. This does not apply to passengers with Laissez-Passer, passengers younger than 12 years old, and passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination as mentioned on the previous point.
'Electronic Health Affidavit' must be completed and presented upon arrival.

Quarantine Policy

There is no requirement to quarantine if arriving to Panama with negative PCR test results. More info.
Vaccinated arrivals don't have to quarantine.
