1. Go to Hotels or Homes
Select the Hotels or Homes menu from tiket.com's homepage on the web or app.
2. Search accommodation
Input your destination, stay date, number of rooms and guests, children’s age; then search.
3. Select a room
On the search results page, select one of the accommodations and rooms available.
4. Read the policy
Before proceeding with the order, read the accommodation's policy on child guests (if provided by the hotel).
5. Complete the payment
To complete your order, continue to the Payment page and finish the transaction.
6. Check My Order
After the payment has been confirmed, your e-voucher will be available on My Order.

3. Open the filter
On the search results page, select the Filter icon located at the bottom.
4. Select Children Facility
On the filter drawer, go to the Facilities section and hit "Show all". Then, select "Children Facility".
5. Select Connecting Rooms
You can also select "Connecting Room" on the Room Facilities section in the Filter drawer.
6. Apply filter
Press "Apply" and find the accommodations with your preferred facilities.
How many children can I input on the search form?
You may only input a maximum of 10 children on the search form.
What is the maximum age for children?
Only guests aged 16 years old and under that are considered children.
If I search rooms for 3 adults and 3 children, will all 3 children get a meal plan?
Please check the meal plan pax detail on the room list or room detail to ensure whether or not every adult and child gets a meal plan. Some accommodations may only provide meal plans for adults.
Can my children sleep on the bed already provided in the room?
