1. Login to your tiket.com account on the app
2. Scroll down to find ‘Upcoming Flight’ on home app or access through My Order menu
3. Click on your flight booking to see the status
4. Select ‘Flight Status’
5. You will be able to see both departure or arrival status of your flight
1. Who can access flight status?
This feature can be used by tiket.com users who have logged in and booked flight tickets from tiket.com.
2. When can I start to see flight status?
You can see flight status starting from 3 days before your departure through ‘Upcoming Flight’ on the home menu or My Order menu on tiket.com app.
3. What are the types of status?
Scheduled: Flight is on schedule, expected to depart/arrive on time
Final Call: The departure gate is closing and passengers are expected to board immediately
Delayed: Flight is delayed more than 15 minutes but passengers should check-in according to the initial schedule
In Air: Flight is taken off and is en route to the destination
Landed: Flight has arrived at the destination
Canceled: Flight is canceled by the airline
4. Why my flight status cannot be found?
There are several cases when flight status cannot be found due to:
- Flight information is not yet available because the flight schedule is more than three days before departure
- Flight information is not available after 24 hours when the flight has landed
- The airline has not yet provided flight status information
