Hotel 100% Refund & Reschedule Terms & Conditions

  1. This 100% Refund & Reschedule program is a product offered by tiket.com, specifically designed for all users for the cancellation or rescheduling of accommodation for any reason by the customer without certain conditions, provided that for the rescheduling application is subject to room availability from each accommodation partner.
     
  2. The amount of refund you receive depends on the policy of each accommodation partner. After submitting a refund, you can see the total estimated funds you will receive.
     
  3. If you use a credit card as your payment method when making the order, your refund will also be returned to the credit card account that you used. As for other payment methods (except for the Installment Without Credit Card method), your refund will be returned to your bank account. Be sure to input a valid bank account number.
     
  4. If you pay for the entire order using Blibli Tiket Points, the refund will be given in the form of Blibli Tiket Points to your account. Besides that, you can also pay your order with Blibli Tiket Points + debit/credit/transfer/paylater method. If you request a refund, the amount of Blibli Tiket Points used will be refunded into your account and the amount of money you have paid will be refunded back to your bank account or registered credit card. 
     
  5. If you make a payment using the Installment Without Credit Card method (Kredivo or Akulaku), then the refund will be sent to you in the form of an additional usage limit or chargeback of your Kredivo or Akulaku account.
     
  6. If you get a Blibli Tiket Points reward from your order but want to make a refund, then the Blibli Tiket Points reward you get when ordering will expire.
     
  7. If you pay for the entire order using a gift voucher, you cannot get a refund in the form of a gift voucher/promo code. If you pay for the order partially with a gift voucher, the amount paid with the gift voucher will also not be refunded during the refund process.

  9. The difference between the amount you receive and the estimated amount listed may occur due to changes in currency exchange rates and or changes in hotel policies. In addition, the estimated amount of refund listed does not include bank transfer fees.
     
  10. Refund submissions that have been sent cannot be canceled because each submission will be processed immediately.
     
  11. The refund process via tiket.com is carried out no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the refund request is received by tiket.com or as determined otherwise according to the policy of the accommodation provider partner and is accompanied by the required data and documents. You expressly agree that if the accommodation partner is legally unable to refund you, then this is entirely a legal relationship between you and the accommodation provider partner. The refund process may incur a fee. If you still haven't received your refund within that time, please contact tiket.com Customer Care.
     
  12. tiket.com will not accept partial refunds. Refunds for hotel bookings will apply for the entire stay and the number of rooms listed on one booking number.
     
  13. The 100% Refund & Reschedule feature does not apply to users who have checked in, made booking changes either by their own request or from the accommodation partner, and made cancellations directly to the accommodation provider partner.
     
  14. If the transaction is made using a gift voucher/promo code/subsidy, the benefits of the tiket 100% Refund & Reschedule feature cannot replace the value of that subsidy and from the gift voucher/promo code/subsidy, and cannot be reused. However, any Blibli Tiket Points that have been used will be refunded back to the point balance.
     
  15. 100% Refund & Reschedule feature is not associated with any insurance company. This feature is specifically designed and developed by tiket.com for its users.
     
  16. 100% Refund & Reschedule feature only applies to accommodation bookings using the Indonesian Rupiah currency (IDR).
     
  17. The refund process for 100% Refund & Reschedule is subject to the Refund Terms and Conditions.
     
  18. The customer hereby declares that the use of the funds from the refund process is not related to money laundering activities, financing terrorism, or other illegal or criminal activities. Customers expressly declare that they are fully responsible for any use of the funds. 
     
  19. tiket.com reserves the right to take necessary actions without prior notice if there are indications of fraudulent activities by the user.
     
  20. These Terms and Conditions will be changed, modified, added, or removed (“changes”) by tiket.com in accordance with the development of the tiket.com website and regulations. We recommend You to visit our website periodically to be aware of any such changes.
     
  21. These terms and conditions are available in both Indonesian and English. In case of any discrepancies in interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
