What is Hotel Reschedule Feature?

Hotel Reschedule is tiket.com's newest feature, which makes it easy for you to change your stay date without additional fees. You can do the rescheduling process via the latest version of the desktop, mobile web, and the tiket.com app.

 

With the Hotel Reschedule feature from tiket.com, you can also get your money back if you change rooms with a lower price than before. Enjoy a hassle-free stay anytime with Hotel Reschedule!

How to Use Hotel Reschedule Feature?

1. Login to your tiket.com account. Click the "My Order" menu and select the hotel booking you want to change the reservation date for.

2. Look for the “Reschedule” menu at the bottom, then click on it.

3. Select your preferred new check-in and check-out date, then click “Check Availability”.

4. Select the new room that you want to stay. At this stage, you can choose a different room than the one you booked previously.

5. Make sure all data is filled in completely and correctly, including if you have special requests. Pay attention to the total payment column before you apply for a reschedule. If there is a price difference, then you have to pay the price difference. Click "Request Reschedule" to continue.

6. Your reschedule request has been completed! Check your booking status and hotel details for a reservation that you've changed. Make sure that the status shown as "Rescheduled".

7. The reschedule process is done, a new e-voucher will be sent to the registered email. You can also check the reschedule status and other confirmed bookings on the "My Order" page.

These Reschedule terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply and bind PT Global Tiket Network (hereinafter referred to as “tiket.com”) and its Customers.

 

  1. Reschedule is a feature that gives our Customers to provide maximum flexibility in rescheduling their hotel(s) bookings, including its room type. The reschedule date including its room type are subject to the hotel’s room availability and confirmation. 
  2. Upon selection of reschedule, the amount of estimated balance shown is calculated according to the original booking order. The balance from the original booking order will be used to cover the rescheduled selection by the Customer. Any add-ons from the original booking order will be fully refunded.
  3. If the Customer purchase insurance products through tiket.com application which related to hotel booking activity and makes changes to the initial coverage before the stay period begins, including changes to guest names and/or rescheduling, then changes to the Insurance Policy can only be made for the name of the guest and the insurance cover period, while the duration of coverage, amount of coverage and insurance premium will follow the original Insurance Policy.
  4. Subject to hotel reschedule policy, reschedule can only be done at the latest 1 (one) hour before original booking becomes non-refundable.  
  5. Reschedule only applies for refundable bookings.
  6. If the new booking order price selected by the Customer is higher than the original booking, then Customer will pay for the remaining amount using the applicable payment methods. However, if the new booking order price is lower than the original booking then the remaining amount will be refunded to the Customer following its original booking order payment methods and subject to tiket.com’s refund process policy.
  7. The use of the reschedule feature will automatically cancel the gift vouchers and/or promo codes used in the original booking order, therefore the gift vouchers and/or promo codes will no longer and cannot be applied to the new booking order.
  8. Cancellation fee for the original booking may apply as determined by the hotel.
  9. The Customer email address and phone number as stated in the original booking order shall automatically be transferred to the new booking order and may not be changed.
  10. Following the payment method policy, if during reschedule Customer must pay the remaining amount less than IDR 10.000, then a round up service charge to IDR 10.000 shall be applied.
  11. For refunds using bank transfer as a payment method in the original booking order, an additional fee of IDR 5.000 shall apply.
  12. In the event Customer’s reschedules failed due to system errors or unknown circumstances, then Customers original booking order will still be active and any cancelation fee (if any) shall be refunded.
  13. Any special requests as stated in the previous bookings are subject to availability and hotel partner policies.
  14. These Terms and Conditions may be added or adjusted when needed in accordance with the development of the tiket.com applications and prevailing laws. Customers are encouraged to visit tiket.com applications regularly to be aware of such changes.
