Hotel Reschedule is tiket.com's newest feature, which makes it easy for you to change your stay date without additional fees. You can do the rescheduling process via the latest version of the desktop, mobile web, and the tiket.com app.
With the Hotel Reschedule feature from tiket.com, you can also get your money back if you change rooms with a lower price than before. Enjoy a hassle-free stay anytime with Hotel Reschedule!
1. Login to your tiket.com account. Click the "My Order" menu and select the hotel booking you want to change the reservation date for.
2. Look for the “Reschedule” menu at the bottom, then click on it.
3. Select your preferred new check-in and check-out date, then click “Check Availability”.
4. Select the new room that you want to stay. At this stage, you can choose a different room than the one you booked previously.
5. Make sure all data is filled in completely and correctly, including if you have special requests. Pay attention to the total payment column before you apply for a reschedule. If there is a price difference, then you have to pay the price difference. Click "Request Reschedule" to continue.
6. Your reschedule request has been completed! Check your booking status and hotel details for a reservation that you've changed. Make sure that the status shown as "Rescheduled".
7. The reschedule process is done, a new e-voucher will be sent to the registered email. You can also check the reschedule status and other confirmed bookings on the "My Order" page.
These Reschedule terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply and bind PT Global Tiket Network (hereinafter referred to as “tiket.com”) and its Customers.
1. Can I change the date and/or period of stay?
Of course! You can change the date and / or period of stay as long as the room you ordered has a refund or partial refund policy.
If you have booked a 'Pay at Hotel' room or a room with a non-refundable policy, you must cancel the booking first. Then, you can create a new order with the appropriate date and period of stay. To find out if your order is refundable, please refer to the policy on your hotel voucher.
Please note that changing your stay schedule may incur a fee if the price for the new room you choose is higher.
2. What is Hotel Reschedule?
Hotel Reschedule is one of tiket.com's newest features which is designed to give you more flexibility in changing your travel plans. This feature can be accessed via the desktop, the mobile website, and the tiket.com application (iOS version 4.3 and Android version 4.3 onwards).
3. How do I use Hotel Reschedule?
To change the date of your hotel reservation, follow these 4 steps:
Login to your tiket.com account, and visit My Order.
Select the hotel reservation that you want to change and click Reschedule.
Enter the new stay date you want, then click Check Availability and select the room you want.
After all data is completed, click Request Reschedule and you will immediately receive a new e-Voucher.
Please note, you may incur additional fees for choosing a more expensive room when changing the date or period of stay. If the price of your new order is lower than the original order, the price difference will be refunded to your account. After the date change process is complete, we will send a new hotel voucher to your email address. You can also access this voucher via the My Order menu on the tiket.com application.
4. What hotels or room types are eligible for rescheduling?
You can reschedule any hotel booking around the world, except for hotels in the Flexi ticket package. Please note that Hotel Reschedule is also not available for 'Pay at Hotel' rooms.
5. Why can't I find the Reschedule feature in My Order?
Please make sure that your order was made after the tiket.com application version 4.3 and you have updated your application to version 4.3.
6. Can I change my hotel through Hotel Reschedule?
Unfortunately, you can only change the date and period of your stay, as well as your room type, through Hotel Reschedule. This feature does not allow changes to the hotel.
7. I have booked several rooms. Can I reschedule only part of it?
Unfortunately, you cannot partially reschedule it. You must reschedule all rooms under the same Booking number.
8. Can I change the period of stay?
Of course! You can adjust the period of stay according to your wishes.
9. Can I increase the number of rooms when rescheduling?
Unfortunately, you cannot increase or decrease the number of rooms that you have booked.
10. Can I reschedule my hotel reservation on the check-in date?
Unfortunately, you cannot apply for rescheduling on the check-in date.
11. Is Hotel Reschedule a fee?
tiket.com does not charge a fee for rescheduling. However, if the total price of your new order is higher than the total price of your previous order, you will have to pay the difference. Meanwhile, if the total price of your new order is lower than the total price of your previous order, we will return the difference according to the payment method you chose in the previous order.
12. I have to pay at the end of the rescheduling application process. Why?
You will be charged a rescheduling fee if you choose a room with a higher cost than the previous order or your order is no longer refundable when you reschedule. Therefore, you are also charged a cancellation fee.
13. What payment methods can I use to reschedule?

If you use Akulaku or Paylater as the payment method, reschedule must be done by requesting revision via customer service.
14. If the price of my new order is lower than my previous order, how long do I have to wait for my refund?
The refund process differs depending on the payment method you used to order. For more details, you can see the refund terms & conditions via this link.
15. When will I receive my new hotel voucher?
You will receive the new hotel voucher after your payment is confirmed. You can see the voucher on My Order page.
16. I didn't find my bank when filling in my bank details for refund purposes. What should I do?
Please select another option, then enter your bank name.
17. Why can't I find the option to reschedule my order?
There are several possibilities:
Your order is non-refundable.
Your order is Pay at Hotel.
Your order was made before the tiket.com application version 4.3 was released.
You are not logged in.
You haven't updated your tiket.com application to version 4.3.
