Creating your own Things To Do

1. What should I do once I have registered and signed in on Ignis?

Once you have registered and signed in on Ignis, you can start to create new Things To Do and package.

Please follow these steps to start creating new Things to Do and packages:

  1. Go to Home and click Add New Things to Do button to create new Things To Do OR

  2. Click on my Things To Do tab on the top of the page and you will be redirected to my Things To Do List page. You can also create your Things To Do by clicking the Add New Things To Do button on this page.

  3. My Things to Do List page will show all of the Things to Do and packages that you have created.

  4. Once you are done with Things To Do creation, you can start creating your new package by clicking the Add Package button under each of your Things to Do on the My Things to the List page.

 

2. How do I choose between Mark-Up or Commission scheme?

To fill in your pricing configuration and choose between Mark-Up or Commission, please choose according to the deal you have made with the account manager in charge. If the deal you made was a mark-up scheme only, then the Commission scheme button isn’t clickable, and vice versa.

 

3. Can I change my pricing configuration?

To change your pricing configuration please contact your account manager from Tiket.com to do so. Please refrain from changing it from markup to commission or vice versa without liaising with our team. 

 

4. If I don’t understand how to fill in the form, who should I contact?

Please refer to the steps on how to fill the forms on the guide package provided by our team. If you still have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to get in contact with your account manager.

 

Creating your package

1. How do I fill in my pricing?

To fill in the pricing form, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the ticket type for your packages. Can be Pax, Adult, others. One package can have more than one ticket type.

  2. Next is to fill in the price of your ticket.

  3. If you have chosen the Commission scheme when you created your Things To Do, then please refer to:
    a. On Site Ticket Price: The regular price that you use to sell on your TTD site.
    b. Amount paid by customers: The price that will be shown on Tiket.com. This is what the customer will pay.
    c. Your earnings: This number is calculated Automatically. This is basically the amount you will receive (already deducted from your commission to Tiket.com)

  4. If you have chosen the Mark Up scheme when you created your Things To Do, then please refer to:
    a. On Site Ticket Price: The regular price that you use to sell on your TTD site.
    b. Price for Tiket.com: Your selling price for Tiket.com. This is basically what you will earn per ticket sold.
    c. Amount paid by customers: This is the amount your customer pays on Tiket.com. This field is filled in automatically by the system.

  5. Then list down what’s included in this price, and what’s not included in the price of the ticket.

Please remember that your payment scheme (commission or markup) is determined by the one you selected when you created your Things To Do.

 

2. I don’t understand how to fill in the form. Is there anyone I can contact to?

The status of your Things To Do

1. What do the status of my Things To Do mean?

Things to Do and Package status definition:

  1. Live: Your Things To Do or package is shown on the tiket.com app and website. You can take down your Things To Do and package from tiket.com by turning off the Live button here as well.

  2. Awaiting Review: Your Things To Do needs to be reviewed by the content team. Please wait for around 14 business days for it to be reviewed.

  3. Need Revision: Your Things To Do or package is already been reviewed by the content team, but there are still some revisions to be made in order for it to be approved.

  4. Ready To Be Live: You can find your approved Things To Do and Package here. You can set them to Live by clicking on the Set as Live button.

  5. Draft: Things to Do or Package is still in the creation process. You haven’t submitted it yet.

 

The validation process of your Things To Do

1. How long should I wait for my Things To Do to get approved?

Our team will take approximately 14 business days to review your Things to Do and package. Please check your email regularly to see the updates of your approval. 

 

2. How do I know whether my Things To Do is already approved?

Please check your email regularly to see the status of your Things to Do and package creation. 

 

3. What if my Things To Do and packages are rejected? Can I resubmit the request?

We will notify you through email if your Things to Do or package is rejected. Our team will provide you with the review notes on what you should change. Once you have revised it according to the review notes, please resubmit again and wait for another approval.

 

4. Is my Things To Do/package live directly once the status is Live and categorized under the Live tab on the Things To Do List?

When the status of your Things To Do and Package is Ready To Be Live, then you can click on the Set as Live button to set them live on tiket.com. Once you have clicked the button, your Things To Do or package will be moved to the Live category. You will not be able to see them on tiket.com before doing so.
