Lowest Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions will bind the customer and PT Global Tiket Network (“tiket.com”) in its entirety.
  • “Lowest Price Guarantee” (will later be called “LPG”) is only applicable for the final price as shown on the final booking/payment page. The price shown must already include all taxes and fees. Promo codes, gift vouchers, private rates, loyalty points, membership discounts, and/or other discounts that are separate from the base price of the product will not be included in the LPG.
  • LPG is only applicable to prices displayed by other OTAs. OTA is defined as a travel agent company that sells travel-related products, such as flight tickets, hotel rooms, activities, car rentals, etc. through digital applications.
  • LPG claim can only be submitted for products from other OTAs and does not apply to products from tiket.com.
  • LPG claim can only be submitted upon tiket.com’s user buying an eligible product in tiket.com through tiket.com’s app, website, or m-web.
  • LPG is only applicable for the same product level and details (see product definition for each vertical below.)
  • LPG claim must be submitted within 12 hours after the e-voucher has been issued by tiket.com.The LPG claim submitted after 12 hours period will be automatically denied.
  • LPG applies to domestic products only (routes, accommodations, activities, inventories, etc.)
  • LPG applies only for Flights, Hotels, To Dos Activities (To Dos, Attractions, Events, Spa & Beauty, Playgrounds, Sports & Outdoors, COVID-19 Test, Travel Essentials), Airport Transfers, and Car Rentals at tiket.com.
  • All prices must be shown only in Indonesian Rupiah and will not be available for pricing in other country currencies.
  • Users have to be logged in first before purchasing their order to be eligible for LPG.
  • LPG is not applicable for the Pay at Hotel payment method.
  • The decision of every LPG claim will be final and cannot be proceeded.
  • Only one claim may be submitted per order and the booking/order should not currently be in the other LPG claim process.
  • LPG is not applicable for tiket.com’s employees and immediate family members.
  • LPG comparison is only applicable to the same payment scheme and cancellation policy, including the same payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, ATM, etc.)
