How To Get the Stay and Home Protection

How to Claim the Stay and Home Protection

  1. This Insurance Product applies to stay at domestic and international Hotel, also covers the Insured's losses while in the accommodation area, both inside and outside the Hotel area during the stay period.
  2. tiket.com Users can also purchase additional Home Protection while buying Stay Protection on the tiket.com platform, with the protection period starting from the Insured check-in for up to next 7 days. The insurance premium will be based on the number of hotel rooms booked with the maximum coverage which can be seen in the Benefits Table.
  3. This Insurance Policy is applicable for Indonesia Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Citizens (WNA) with the age of at least of 3 (three) months up to at the most of 75 (seventy-five) years at the time of stay period. Foreign Citizens (WNA) that can be covered is a person who has Passport or KITAS/KITAP (Kartu Ijin Tinggal Terbatas/Tetap).
  4. For children under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, they must be accompanied by family or people who have the authority to accompany the child while stays.
  5. Home Protection shall only apply to houses owned by the Insured which are located in the territory of Indonesia.
  6. If the Insured makes changes to the initial coverage before the stay period begins, including changes to guest names and/or rescheduling, then changes to the Insurance Policy can only be made for the name of the guest and the insurance cover period, while the duration of coverage, amount of coverage and insurance premium will follow the original Insurance Policy.
  7. Change of guest names and/or rescheduling can only be done no later than 2 (two) calendar days before the initial check-in date.
  8. The Insurance premium is non-refundable for any reason.
  9. The Insurance Policy will be sent in an electronic form through email.
  10. Subject to room availability and/or hotel partner policies, rebooking due to Loss of Booking Reservation can only be made for the same type of rooms or 1 (one) level above.
  11. Especially for the coverage of Loss of Booking Reservation, Insurance will make a claim payment directly to tiket.com then to be forwarded to the Hotel concerned, because the insured has received compensation directly from the Hotel.
