The compensation is given if the property owner and/or other third parties guaranteed under the coverage in accordance with the selected Package and Plan experience a loss caused by factors guaranteed according to the selected Package.
2. How can I get Property Insurance?
This insurance can be obtained by activating the Insurance feature on the Extranet website available for property owners on tiket.com.
3. Who can own the Property Insurance?
Property Insurance can be owned by registered property owners who market their properties on the Homes menu.
4. How long does the Property Insurance coverage last?
Property Insurance is valid throughout the length of the rental/stay period booked by the guest/tenant via tiket.com.
5. How much do I have to pay to get Property Insurance?
The amount of the Insurance Premium rate is listed on each Package and Plan offered on the Extranet website that is available to property owners on tiket.com.
6. What are the benefits of Property Insurance?

7. How do I apply for Property Insurance Cancellations and Refunds?
Cancellations and Refunds of Property Insurance can be done by submitting a report to tiket.com in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is listed in the Special Terms and Conditions section.
8. How do I apply a Change of Schedule for the Property Insurance?
Schedule changes to Property Insurance can be made by submitting a report to tiket.com in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy, which is listed in the Special Terms and Conditions section.
9. Are there any costs at my own risk?
Your own risk costs will depend on the Package and Plan you choose. Further information on this matter can be found on the Table of Benefits section and on the “Surat Rangkuman Perlindungan” and Wording Policy that you will receive as the property owner via email.
10. What are the exclusions of the Property Insurance?
Property Insurance exclusions of coverage can be seen on the Wording Policy issued by Great Eastern Indonesian General Insurance Ltd.
11. How do I make a claim?
Claims can be reported or submitted via the Cermati Claim Portal at https://www.cermati.com/pusatklaim/tiketnha/property.
12. Is there a time limit for filing a claim?
You, as the property owner, must submit a claim and fulfill all claim documents completely and correctly within 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of the incident or as soon as possible after the occurrence of the incident accompanied by claim documents and/or other evidence required by Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia Ltd. to simplify the claim verification process. If there is a shortage and/or error in the claim document, then you can complete the claim document within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the initial claim submission. All costs incurred to obtain such documents or evidence are your responsibility as the Insured.
13. How long does it take to process a claim payment?
As the property owner, you must submit a claim within 7 (seven) calendar days following the incident date or as soon as possible thereafter, accompanied by the necessary claim documents and/or other evidence required by Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia Ltd. to facilitate the claim verification process within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the initial claim submission. All costs incurred to obtain such documents or evidence are your responsibility as the Insured.
14. How do I receive a claim payment?
After the claim is approved by Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia Ltd., payment of the claim will be made via bank transfer to an account in your name, with the amount as agreed by Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia Ltd., and with the following mechanism:
The payment of the Public Liability to the Property Owners, Damage to the Building and Contents of the Property Owners, and Loss of Rent to the Property Owners will be made by Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia Ltd. by means of transfer to a bank account.
15. If I make a Schedule Change/Reschedule, is my policy still active?
Yes, your insurance policy will remain active as long as the Schedule Change/Reschedule is carried out in accordance with the conditions required in the Special Terms and Conditions section under the Reschedule Policy section.
