Referral Terms & Conditions

  1. Referral is a program which may give additional benefit for tiket.com’s user (“Customer”) and friends who are successfully invited by Customer (“Friend”) to register their new account in tiket.com application and complete their first transaction.

  2. Customer and Friend who meet this Referral requirements will obtain additional benefit in form of Blibli Tiket Points which automatically credited to each of their tiket.com accounts.

  3. This Referral is only available on the tiket.com application.

  4. The procedure for inviting Friend can be seen through https://en.tiket.com/help-center/general/tiket-referral/referral-information/referral

  5. Customer who are eligible to invite a Friend are any user who already have a tiket.com account.

  6. Friend will obtain the Blibli Tiket Points automatically when they have registered a new account in tiket.com application through a link sent by Customer.

  7. Customer will obtain Blibli Tiket Points when the Friend makes their first transaction with a minimum purchase and/or order of IDR 200,000, especially for products in Hotels (except tiket FLEXI Hotel and payment method Pay at Hotel) or Villas & Apt. and there is no minimum purchase and/or order for product in Flights, and completed that trip or activity.

  8. Customer will not get Blibli Tiket Points, if the Friend makes a refund for the product that has been purchased and/or ordered.

  9. Customer can view the history of inviting Friend through the tiket.com application.

  10. Customer and Friend will obtain the Blibli Tiket Points in accordance with the amount as determined by tiket.com from time to time.

  11. Customer will obtain the Blibli Tiket Points no later than 2 (two) working days after the Friend has completed that trip and activity.

  12. The credited Blibli Tiket Points have an expiration period and cannot be transferred to another account, cashed or exchanged with another prize.

  13. Blibli Tiket Points may be used as discount for all tiket.com order transactions and/or product purchases, however it cannot be used and/or merged with another promotion, such as gift voucher or other promotion codes as determined by tiket.com from time to time.

  14. All purchases and/or transactions for tiket.com’s products mentioned in this Terms and Conditions must be made in Rupiah (IDR).

  16. This Referral is free of charge. tiket.com will not request any Customer and/or Friend to pay a specific amount of money. Please open our application or visit tiket.com official website or you can contact Call Centre (021) 3973 0888 to inquire some information and complain about this Referral.

  17. tiket.com shall have the rights to close and/or temporarily closed an account and/or void the Blibli Tiket Points if the Customer and/or Friend suspected to conduct any forms of scam and/or fraud. tiket.com is entitled to hold accountability any party which is believed to be responsible for and/or involved in such action.

  18. Any information given and/or sent within this Referral shall become the proprietary of tiket.com, and tiket.com shall have the rights to use it in accordance with its interest.

  19. By joining this Referral, Customer and/or Friend are deemed to have read, acknowledged, and agreed this Terms & Conditions entirely.

  20. tiket.com, at any time, is entitled to change Terms & Conditions, change additional amount of Blibli Tiket Points, or terminate this Referral, Customer is advised to periodically visit tiket.com website or open its application in order to be updated with such changes.

  21. All resolutions made relating to this Referral are absolute and irrevocable by referring to tiket.com policy.

  22. Languages used in this Terms and Conditions are Indonesian Language and English. In the event of discrepancies or interpretation between those languages, Indonesian Language shall prevail.

  23. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  24. Any disputes relating to Terms & Conditions will be settled amicably and if it cannot be settled in a friendly manner, dispute resolution through Customer Dispute Settlement Agency in Jakarta, without prejudice to tiket.com’s right to file a lawsuit in any court throughout Indonesia.
