How To Refund
If you've booked a hotel in areas affected by the pandemic or travel restrictions, you can request for a cancellation and refund based on hotel's policy.
How To Reschedule
If you wish to change your stay dates, you can request for a reschedule. Make sure to check hotel's policy to see the availability of reschedule option.
Important Info
The community activities restrictions enforcement (PPKM) level 1-3 in regions within and outside of Java and Bali applies during the following period:

Special Regulations
- Hotels in Java and Bali
- Guests must use the PeduliLindungi app for screening purposes.
- Only guests in categories Green and Yellow in the PeduliLindungi app may enter.
- The maximum capacity for the hotel is 50%.
- In PPKM Level 2-3 areas, supporting facilities such as spa, swimming pool, gym, and sports field are allowed to open with 50% capacity and by implementing the use of the PeduliLindungi app.
- Guests under 12 years old must show a negative result of an antigen test (at most 1x24 hours) or PCR test (at most 2x24 hours).

Hotels Outside of Java and Bali
- Hotels in PPKM Level 4 areas can operate with a maximum capacity of 50%.
- Hotels in PPKM Level 2 and 3 can fully operate (100%) with more stringent regulation on operational hours, capacity, and implementation of health protocols.
- Guests must use the PeduliLindungi app for screening purposes.
