  1. tiket 100% Refund is a facility from tiket.com for all users. It provides refunds in the form of:

    - 100% refund without any fees (domestic flights)

    - 100% refund of the ticket price according to the selected class (international and domestic flights according to tiket.com policy)


    Users can see the amount of refund they will obtain when making a purchase on the tiket.com application.
     

  2. tiket.com is entitled to set fair usage policy ("FUP") as determined unilaterally by tiket.com.
     

  3. If a customer exceeds the FUP, tiket.com may take any necessary action to mitigate any potential risk of fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to prohibiting such customer from participating in the 100% Refund feature or collecting the convenience fee from the customer. Hence, the customer will only receive the refund minus the convenience fee.
     

  4. The tiket 100% Refund facility is valid for any plane ticket purchases with the tiket 100% Refund feature made through the tiket.com application (iOS and Android) for logged-in users.
     
  5. tiket 100% Refund facility is available for : 
    • Domestic: Citilink, Lion Air, Batik Air Indonesia [ID], Wings Air, Super Airjet, Sriwijaya Air, Nam Air, Pelita Air, TransNusa, and Garuda Indonesia.
    • International: Citilink, Lion Air, Batik Air Indonesia [ID], Transnusa, Super Airjet, Garuda Indonesia, Malaysia Airlines, and All Nippon Airways.
       
  6. The request for flight cancellation can be made immediately before 24 (twenty-four) hours from the flight departure schedule listed on the original flight ticket. If the flight cancellation request is carried out less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled departure, the user will only receive a refund following the conditions of each airline without the benefit of the tiket 100% Refund facility, including if there is a cancellation or schedule change from the airline less than 24 hours before the flight, 100% Refund facility also not applicable.
     
  7. The tiket 100% Refund facility does not apply to users who have checked in at the airline counter or through the web check-in, made ticket changes by personal or airline request, and canceled directly through the airline.
     
  8. The tiket 100% refund facility is not valid for flight rescheduling by personal request.
     
  9. If there are any schedule changes from the airlines and the tiket 100% Refund user submits a cancellation to tiket.com, the refund for the ticket price will be calculated based on the latest flight schedule listed on the Your Orders page on the tiket.com app.
     
  10. For payment methods other than Credit Cards and PayLater, users will get a refund from the tiket 100% Refund facility within 1X24 hours or a maximum of 14 working days. The refund process may take longer than the previously informed estimates, subject to the airline policy and depending on the payment method.
     
  11. For Round Trip/Smart Roundtrip flight tickets with 1 (one) booking code, the cancellation cannot be made to one or part of the routes. It is only valid for cancellation of the entire flight. 
     
  12. If there is a connecting flight (transit) in 1 (one) booking code, the user is not allowed to apply for partial flight cancellation. It is only valid for the cancellation of the entire flight, provided that the plane ticket has not been used at all.
     
  13. In the case of round-trip flights with the same airline or not, the tiket 100% Refund facility is only valid when a user purchased the flight ticket with the tiket 100% Refund facility with the selected airline as determined by tiket.com as stated in point 2 above.
     
  14. In order to receive the tiket 100% Refund facility, when requesting a refund, users must log in first and apply for the refund via the tiket.com app. If in any case the refund can not be submitted through the tiket.com application, please contact tiket.com's customer service according to the notification you get when you click the refund submission button.
     
  15. All refund benefits received by the user do not include additional costs (add-ons) such as paid insurance, baggage, food, seat selection, installment amount, and PayLater fees. 
     
  16. Only valid for transactions in Rupiah (IDR).
     
  17. If the transaction is made using a gift voucher or promo code, the benefits users will receive from the tiket 100% Refund facility do not cover the value of the gift voucher/promo code/subsidy, except for tiket Points that were used, which will be returned to the user’s points. Customers can not reuse the gift voucher/promo code/subsidy.
     
  18. The refund cannot be processed if the user has not paid off the plane ticket/other additional fees on the tiket.com or airline application. Please make the payment in full to enjoy the 100% Refund facility.
     
  19. The refund method used for the 100% Refund facility will follow the terms and conditions that apply. This provision does not apply to payments using a credit card or PayLater. For the refund terms and conditions for Blipay payment method, check on this link.
     
  20. For any purchases of flight tickets using a credit card or PayLater, the tiket 100% Refund benefits will be paid to the user credit card or PayLater limit. For further information, please click here.
     
  21. The tiket 100% Refund facility can be used for B2B corporate booking. For refund requests, contact tiket.com’s Customer Service as per  the terms and conditions of B2B corporate transactions.
     
  22. For users who made the transaction from abroad and required a refund in a foreign currency, the bank transfer fee will be borne by the user of the tiket 100% Refund facility and reimbursed according to the IDR value at the time the ticket was purchased.
     
  23. In the event of force majeure or the airline’s bankruptcy, the refund process will follow the airline’s terms and conditions.
     
  24. The availability of the tiket 100% Refund facility will be subject to the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 185 of 2015.
     
  25. The refund process for tiket 100% Refund is subject to the Refund Terms and Conditions.
     
  26. The customer hereby declares that the use of the funds from the refund process is not related to money laundering activities, financing terrorism, or other illegal or criminal activities. Customers expressly declare that they are fully responsible for any use of the funds.
     
  27. tiket.com has the right, without prior notice, to take the necessary actions if fraudulent actions are found by the tiket.com service user.
     
  28. tiket.com has the right to change the terms and conditions of the tiket 100% Refund facility at any time without prior notice.
     
  29. These terms and conditions are made in two languages, which are Indonesian and English. If there are any misrepresentations between the Indonesian and the English version, then the Indonesian version shall prevail.
