A: Account Matching is a collaborative program between tiket.com and Blibli. This program aims to provide the best benefits for tiket.com and Blibli loyal users by matching their membership levels on tiket Elite Rewards and Blibli Loyalty.

The Benefit of Account Matching

 

Q: How can Account Matching benefit me?

A: By adjusting your membership level through Account Matching, you can increase your level to match the highest level on your tiket.com or Blibli account. In addition to that, by leveling up, you can enjoy better membership benefits.

 

Example: 

If your membership level on Blibli is Classic (level 1) and your tier on tiket.com is Elite Platinum (level 4), after the adjustment, your level on Blibli will be increased to Infinite (level 4) to match your level on tiket.com.

 

Vice versa, if your tier on tiket.com is Basic Blue (level 1) and your level at Blibli is Infinite (level 4), after the adjustment, your tier on tiket.com will be increased to Elite Platinum (level 4) to match your level on Blibli.

 

So, by adjusting your membership level, you can enjoy better benefits at a higher level.

The Account Matching Process

 

Q: How can I be eligible for Account Matching?

A: There are a few things to consider to be eligible for Account Matching:

  • Make sure you’ve installed the latest version of the tiket.com or Blibli app. Check your app version via App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Make sure you have active accounts on tiket.com and Blibli. Also, make sure that both accounts are registered with the same email address.

  • Follow the steps in the next question to match your account.

  • The account matching can only be made one (1) time for each account.

A: It’s easy; all you have to do is follow these steps:

Q: I already have a tiket.com and Blibli account, but both are registered with different email addresses. Am I still eligible for the Account Matching?

A: Your tiket.com and Blibli account must be registered with the same email address to be eligible for Account Matching.

After the Membership Levels are Matched

 

Q: What’s going to happen after my accounts are matched?

A: After your accounts are matched, the following might happen:

  • If your membership level is different on tiket.com and Blibli, your membership level will be adjusted according to your current highest level on either account for the current period.

  • If your membership level is the same on tiket.com and Blibli, you will still get the same benefits without any changes.

  • Once adjusted, your new membership level will last for the current period according to the regulations applicable to each platform.

 

The adjustment only applies upwards. In other words, your level will not be lowered when adjusted.

 

Q: My membership level on tiket.com was Elite Gold. After the Account Matching, my Blibli membership level went up to Premier. The following week, my Blibli membership level went up to Infinite. Can tiket.com bump up my membership level to Elite Platinum too?

A: Sorry, for now, Account Matching can only be made once. After the membership levels are adjusted, the next level increase process will return to normal, following the regulations that apply to each platform and are not tied to one another

A: You need to perform the required activities on each loyalty program to raise or maintain a membership level.
