These Terms and Conditions are binding PT Global Tiket Network (“tiket.com”) and Customer. The capitalized terms have certain definitions as stated in the Definition section.

1. Customers will receive tiket Elite Rewards Points by making a transaction through the Site.
2. 1 (one) tiket Elite Rewards Point is worth 1 (one) Rupiah. Each tiket Elite Rewards Point is valid for a period of 1 (one) year as of Activation and can be used to receive Benefits through Point Redemption.
3. The amount of tiket Elite Rewards Points earned depends on the Transactions value and the percentage can be vary for each Product.

1. For each Transaction through the Site, the Customer also receives Status Points. The Status Points cannot be redeemed and is only used as reference for Customer Tier Loyalty.
2. In addition to Status Points, the Tier Loyalty also depends on the Unlocked Products.
3. Calculation of Status Points and Unlocked Product are carried out on December 28 each year to determine the status of Customer Tier Loyalty in the following year.

1. Customers can redeem the tiket Elite Rewards Points by selecting the tiket Elite Rewards Points feature when the Customer wants to purchase a Product on the Site.
2. tiket.com is entitled to determine the Products which can use Points Redemption as Benefits for Customers.

1. tiket Elite Rewards can only be used by Customers who have Registered on the Site
2. Customers can check its tiket Elite Rewards Point amount and Point Expiration through the Customer’s own Account.
3. Customer is fully entitled to use the tiket Elite Rewards at its own convenience subject to these Terms and Conditions including the arrangement of each Benefit as specified by tiket.com.
4. Customers are encouraged to check its own tiket Elite Rewards Points regularly to see its Point Expiration. tiket Elite Rewards Points will be considered forfeited upon the expiration.
5. tiket.com is entitled to adjust to the value of Tiket Reward.
6. tiket.com is entitled to adjust on the Benefits of each Product that can be used by the Customer through Point Redemption.
7. tiket.com is entitled to terminate this tiket Elite Rewards program. Customers are encouraged to use its tiket Elite Rewards Points including Point Redemption for Benefits.
8. By participating in the tiket Elite Rewards program, Customer hereby agrees, understands, and shall comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9. These Terms and Conditions may be modified in accordance to the development of the Site and prevailing laws. Customers are encouraged to visit the Site regularly to be aware of such changes.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
11. These Terms and Conditions are made in Indonesian and English. For any discrepancies to the contents and understanding of each version the Indonesian version shall prevail.

1. Account means account obtained after the Customer registers on the Site for Customers to make Transactions on the Site.
2. Activation means the day of activation of the tiket Elite Rewards Points, which is H + 1 after the Customer completes the trip according to the Product as chosen by the Customer and immediately adds the Customer’s total tiket Elite Rewards Points.
3. Benefit means benefit that can be used by the Customer for any Product purchase transaction through the Site as determined by tiket.com.
4. Point Expiration means the expiration date for each Customer tiket Elite Rewards Point which is 1 (one) year from the Activation of each tiket Elite Rewards Point.
5. Customer means an individual who has registered on the Site and opened an Account.
6. Point Redemption means a mechanism to redeem tiket Elite Rewards Point for Customers to receive Benefits on Products purchased by Customers.
7. tiket Elite Rewards Points means a number of points received by a Customer to receive the Benefit.
8. Products means any products and services as marketed by tiket.com on the Site.
9. Unlocked Products means all types of products that have been purchased by Customer, including train, tickets, planes, events, attractions, and hotels.
10. tiket Elite Rewards means a form of loyalty program from tiket.com to its loyal Customers.
11. Tier Loyalty means the level of the tiket Elite Rewards program for Customers with its own benefit’s and mechanism to reach.
12. Transaction means a purchase of a Product by Customer via the Site.
13. Site means any website and/or mobile application owned by tiket.com.
14. Status Points means the amount of points earned by a Customer within 1 (one) year period.
