Available Now
This is the type of video that you can rent and watch straight away. The video will be available in your account for 7 days after completing the rental transaction. But once played, the video will only be available to watch for 48 hours.
Book Now, Watch Later
Videos in this category haven't been released and aren't available to watch yet. However, you can still pre-order the videos to make sure you don’t miss them or forget they exist. You’ll be informed of the schedule and can watch the video once it's available.
1. Go to To-Do Online
From the tiket.com homepage, go to the To Dos page. Select To-Do Online and check the Video Rental section.
2a. Rent the available videos
You can select, rent, and watch the videos in the “Available Now” category straightaway.
2b. Pre-order unreleased videos
You can pre-order the videos that have not been released but appear in the Video Rental section.
3. Select the payment method
Check your order details and complete the transaction. Make sure you’re logged in to your tiket.com account.
4. Check the e-ticket on Your Orders
After the transaction is completed, your e-ticket will be available on Your Orders along with the rental duration info.
5a. Watch the video now
You can watch videos labeled “Available Now” right away. You only need to tap the video link on your e-ticket.
5b. Wait for the video showtime
For pre-ordered videos, the showtime is listed on the e-ticket. The link to the video will be active on schedule.
6. Enjoy the show
Tap “Watch Now” to enjoy the show. Once played, the video will be taken out of your account in 48 hours. So, make sure to finish watching it before the time is up.
Refund Policy
The videos you rent cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. So, make sure to read the details of the video you're about to order thoroughly before completing the transaction.
Credentials
The video link will be sent to the email address you provided during the transaction. Make sure you're already logged in with the same email address before opening the link and watching the content.
Streaming Devices
The link can only be opened by one user on one browser through one device at one time. When the link is opened on one device, you cannot access it through another device.
Link Usage Condition
The video link is unique, for personal use only, and not transferable. Pay attention to the video availability deadline. Remember, you can only rewatch the video within 48 hours after tapping the Play button.
