Train 100% Refund product provides protection for unexpected inconveniences that result in cancellation of train travel for any reason up to 30 (thirty) minutes before departure. Train 100% Refund is an insurance product provided by PT Asuransi Wahana Tata specially designed for tiket.com users.
2. How can I buy Train 100% Refund Insurance?
You can purchase Train 100% Refund Insurance at tiket.com when you book the train ticket on the pages of www.tiket.com, m.tiket.com, and tiket.com application (IOS & Android).
3. Who can buy Train 100% Refund Insurance?
Train 100% Refund is applicable for Indonesian citizens (WNI) or foreign citizens (WNA) who have a residence permit in Indonesia. Users must be at least 3 (three) months old and/or at most 86 (eighty-six) years old at the time of departure. Children under 18 years old should be accompanied by his/her family or parents or a person who has the authority to accompany the child while traveling.
4. How much premium should be paid to get Train 100% Refund Insurance?
Train 100% Refund premium would depend on the type of train class that you book from tiket.com. The price that you pay on the booking form is the total price, including the Train Insurance Premium and Administration cost.
5. Can I add a Trip Insurance Benefit?
No, your Trip Insurance benefits are fixed insurance benefits and can’t be added/enhanced.
6. I booked a trip by train at Tiket.com, but I missed to buy Train 100% Refund Insurance. Can I buy it separately?
No. Train 100% Refund can only be purchased in conjunction with train ticket purchases. Claim value calculation will be based on the ticket fare after the discount or discount voucher with a similar scheme.

8. Is there a time limit for submitting a claim?
Reporting claims can be submitted within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the cancellation date and time with a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes before the departure schedule stated on the train ticket. Claim documents are required to be submitted to the Insurer within 30 (thirty) working days since claim reporting. If reporting and collection of claim documents are not completed yet of the time period, the claim process cannot be continued.
9. How much time is needed to process a claim payment?
The payment will be processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days after all documents are received by PT Aswata Wahana Tata and written confirmation on the approval.
10. If I paid using a bank that operates outside of Indonesia, can I get a full refund?
In accordance with KAI's policy, full refunds are only available for payments made using banks that operate in Indonesia. Payments made using banks that do not operate in Indonesia are not eligible for full refunds.
