There are three departure stations to choose from, namely Madiun Station, Ngawi Station, or Caruban Station. These stations are located close to Madiun Regency, with Madiun Station situated directly in the city itself. As a large train station, Madiun Station is equipped with more facilities, such as an ATM center, nursing rooms, and a kids' play area. Passengers should note that Ngawi Station is located within its own regency.

Trains from Semarang will arrive at Surabaya Gubeng Station and Wonokromo Station. Both train stations serve as a central hub for intercity and local trains. Surabaya Gubeng Station is also the biggest station in East Java and currently serves both intercity and local commuter trains.
