2. Requirements to be prepared when renting a car

The documents that you have to prepare when you are going to rent a car will differ according to the package you rent. Some of the following documents that you usually have to prepare when renting a car with a driver are:

- Telephone number where you can be contacted

- active email

- KTP or Identity Card

- SIM A.

Meanwhile, here are the following documents that you usually have to prepare when renting a car without a key (without a driver):

- Identity card (SIM A, KK, KTP, Work ID or Student ID)

- Credit card

- Round-trip ticket (booking out of town)

- Hotel vouchers (booking out of town)

- Active social media accounts

3. Terms regarding the time when renting a car

- The rental duration per day is 12 hours.

- The overtime fee is calculated per hour of IDR 50,000 (cars below 2000 cc) and IDR 75,000 (cars above 2000 cc). A fee will be charged if the rental duration exceeds 12 hours of use or after 11:59 PM per rental day.

- The driver's accommodation fee (Overnight Lodging Cost) will be charged if the rental car and driver pass 11:59 PM, either inside or outside the city.

4. Conditions for car pick-up and drop-off

The car rental package with a driver includes pick-up and delivery in the Lombok City area. If the pick-up and delivery is outside the Lombok City area, an additional fee will be charged.
