The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of video links and does not share the link with other people. The link can only be opened on one browser and one device at a time. If the link has been opened on one device, then it cannot be opened on another device.
The quality of the video may vary depending on the quality of the customer's internet network.
Customers are advised to access the link in a timely manner following the video schedule. Customers are responsible for any delay in accessing the link and/or video.
The live chat feature can be done by entering the name on the streaming link as a username and sending a message through the live chat feature.
Customers are advised to maintain politeness when chatting on the live chat feature and not to use any harsh words, SARA, or containing pornography including when inserting a username.
It is prohibited to download, record, and/or distribute videos or broadcast content for any purposes without prior written approval from tiket.com.
It is prohibited to hack including but not limited to carrying out any activity that may cause interference with tiket Live or violate any applicable laws and regulations.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Customers cannot reschedule the tickets and/or video schedules for any reason.
By purchasing this ticket, customers have agreed to the collection, storage, and use of customer data for video purposes and are subject to these terms and conditions.
tiket.com has the right to refuse and/or terminate customer access to watch the video including terminating the customer's live chat feature in the event that the customer has violated these terms and conditions including providing any customer data as required for the event organizer's legal interest.
tiket.com will not be held responsible for any customers’ losses that incur due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
tiket.com reserves its right to take legal action against those who violate these terms and conditions including but not limited to reporting the violation to the authorities.
