Hotel Pick Up Information

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

• The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  Hotel Pick Up Area and Time

• Coverage locations: Pick up and drop off is available within Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur or Bukit Bintang area only. Additional surcharges will apply for pick ups and drop offs outside of these areas
  - All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

• Additional stops:
• MYR15 per stop
• Additional waiting time:
• MYR60 per hour
