The Chiang Mai Zoo Aquarium located in northern Thailand is the first aquarium centre in the Southeast Asian region. Known for its large underwater tunnel that is also the world's longest, it features over 20,000 freshwater fish and 250 species of marine animals. The zoo is likewise home to three pandas imported from China, and other animals from across the globe such as giraffes, zebras, and kangaroos. For a more immersive experience, you may opt for a snorkelling or scuba diving activity.
