Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it
Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival
The driver will provide services according to the actual time of your flight's landing. Please indicate the correct flight number in the checkout page
In case of flight delays, please inform the driver in advance. The driver can wait for you for up to 1 hour

Hotel Pick Up Information
The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
The driver will wait at the hotel gate with a Klook signboard
Passengers are advised to depart from their hotel at least 3 hours before their domestic flight departure or 4 hours before their international flight departure
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
Extra mileage:
Car: CNY5 per km for distance over 50km
MPV, Van, and Minibus: CNY8 per km for distance over 50km
Additional hours:
Car: CNY100 per hour for waiting time over 1.5 hours
MPV, Van, and Minibus: CNY200 per hour for waiting time over 1.5 hours
