• Pre-reservation is required at least 7 days in advanced by directly contacting the hotel via phone or email. Bookings are subject to room availability and will be made on a first-come-first served basis
• This voucher is valid for stays until 30 June 2022 and not extendable
• This voucher is allowed for a maximum of 2 times reschedule prior the expiry date
• Surcharge of IDR302,500 per night is applicable during stay on high season (Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year), to be paid directly at Dialoog Banyuwangi
• This voucher is transferable as a gift to your friends and families
• This voucher is not eligible for group bookings
• This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
• This voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion
