Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
Please enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes. If you do not show up, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
If you are delayed for longer than 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
Coverage locations: Cebu City and Mactan Island only
If it is past the waiting time and you are uncontactable, you will be considered a "no show." The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
