Airport Pick Up Information

• Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival
• Pick up location for International Arrivals: Island Star Express counter at the waiting shed area after exiting Kalibo International Airport
• Pick up location for Domestic Arrivals: Island Star Express counter after baggage claim and customs check
• If you estimate a longer delay, send an email/message to check the driver's availability. In this case, an overtime surcharge will apply

• Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives between 24:00-23:59 on 2 May, select 2 May

  Hotel Pick Up Information

• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Select flight departure date at checkout. If your flight leaves at 24:00 on 2 May, select 2 May
  - For delayed flights past 19:00, a terminal surcharge fee of PHP50 per person will apply
• Starting March 21, 2022, an additional fee for fuel surcharge will be imposed and to be paid on-site. For all Caticlan transfers amounting to Php 25 per person, per way. This fee is only temporary and could be removed in the following months.
