Enhanced Health & Hygiene Measures:

Before arrival:

Admission numbers will be limited to 2,500 people to facilitate the enforcement of social distancing
Guests are recommended to bring their own towel. Towels are also available for purchase at our retail store should you require one
Guests are recommended to wear a face mask at all times. Remove the face mask when you’re in the water
Please note that some experiences and mascot appearances have been suspended to avoid mass gatherings

On arrival:

Temperature checks will be conducted with an infrared thermometer at the entrance to the waterpark
Contact tracing will be conducted at the entrance to the waterpark (by sacnning QR code prepared upon enter)
Our employees will wear Personal Protective Equipment to protect both guests and employees
Practice social distancing with our floor markings and signage
Chlorine level tests will be conducted every 2 hours in accordance with Ministry of Health and government standard
Rides and slides capacity will be limited to ensure adherence to social distancing at all times
Enhanced cleaning measures have been put in place. Please use hand sanitizers located around the waterpark
Fitting rooms in retail stores are closed
Contactless payment methods are encouraged

Guests are encouraged to arrive at the park by 10am or earlier. Due to the imposed maximum capacity, guests may have to wait or being denied for entry when the maximum capacity has reached
