• Kindly indicate your email address, chat ID, drop off and pick up time, and select the name of your accommodation where the delivery driver can drop off your luggage at the checkout page
• The pick up or drop off hotel must be within Tokyo's 23 wards or Urayasu City (No delivery to other city in Japan). The order indicating Pick up at Airbnb and apartment is not be accepted.
• Service hours: 9:30-15:30, daily
