Itinerary

1st Stop
Enjoy breathtaking views above and below the Indian Ocean from the Busselton Jetty – the longest tourist jetty in the Southern Hemisphere and second longest in the world!
2nd Stop
Try local-made chocolate from large varieties and you may find out your favourite one.
3rd Stop
Visit Juniper wines (or alternative), one of the founding vineyards of the region and have a wine tasting before heading to Surfers Point for lunch.
4th Stop
The lure of Surfer’s Point is in the resonant echo of mainbreak’s monstrous swells, and the men and women brave enough to ride them. Surfer’s Point is a symbol of the South West’s wild shore. The myth of the break’s discovery is conserved by plaques that tell the story of the meaning this wave has for modern day Margaret River. Lunch at the Sea Garden Cafe with iconic ocean views.
5th Stop
The sight of these enormous trees won’t be the only thing to amaze you. This forest is a feast for the senses with the forest floor tumbling with wildflowers, orchids and funghi (in season) together with the sounds of native birds and the fresh smell of eucalypt.
6th Stop
As the tallest lighthouse on mainland Australia, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse is a must-see attraction. This historic lighthouse is situated at the most south-westerly point of Australia, at the tip of a spectacular peninsula - where the Southern and Indian Oceans meet. Notes: The lighthouse is under restoration and will be completed by the end of November 2022. Itinerary will not include lighthouse at the moment and will resume from 1 December 2022.
7th Stop
Margaret River Visitor Centre is located in the heart of the Margaret River townsite and is surrounded by fantastic places to eat. The Centre stocks a comprehensive selection of specialty guidebooks around flora, fauna and local trails, and a great range of locally made souvenirs and gifts to take home at the end of your visit, from jams, fudge, chocolate, olive oil, pottery, relish, soaps and much more. This is a 'must' sto for the tour to Maragret River.
