Excellent. Straight through the lines. It was mid affternoon so queues were not too long. I was held up waiting for baggage. but from disembarking (bus gate) to getting in the car was 35 minutes

We purchased the fast track service since we were getting into Hanoi later at night, and wanted to get through quickly to get to our hotel. When we landed, I received a few calls from Alex who was waiting for us in the terminal (but unfortunately I couldn’t answer my WhatsApp calls for some reason). When we got off the plane, Alex was waiting at the Immigration line holding a sign with our names (where there was a very big line to get through). Alex checked our passports and Visa, and took us to a VIP immigration line. 10 mins after getting off the plane we were at the baggage carrousel, which unfortunately took over 30 mins for our bags to come out. All the time we saved in the VIP line was now lost as we watched other passengers (who came through the normal immigration lines) come and get their bags and go. If there was a way to coordinate with the airline to give priority with the baggage (like they do with business and first class) it would have all went smooth and fast, and we could have possibly been out the door within 20-30 mins after getting off the plane. Alex was amazing though, waiting patiently at the carrousel with us, having a chat, and even called our driver who was waiting outside. He pushed our bags through security and took us straight to our driver. Definitely recommend this service, especially if you only have carry on bags or have priority baggage tags (like business or first). Not sure if baggage collection usually takes that long, but that was definitely not the fault of Alex or this service.
