Insider Tips
- Grip Socks must be worn at all times within the play area.
- Strictly no food and drinks are allowed in the play area.
- DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to impose a SGD$25 (inclusive of 7% GST) clean-up and sanitisation charge for incidents such as vomiting, urine or leaks.
- Due to limited capacity, please keep to the maximum of 1 accompanying adult per child.
- Every guest must be in good health before entering the park. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be unwell at any time.
- There will be no refunds or extension for the partial use of sessions. Sessions are non-transferrable.
- Overstaying beyond sessions will incur charges that will be borne by the guest at prevailing admission rates per session or part thereof.
- Exchange of adults and/or children is not allowed. Any additional guests will be subject to admission charges.
- DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. may use images/videos captured onsite in a way that is adequate, relevant and not excessive, for professional and marketing purposes. Objections to this must be made known to DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd..
- Damages caused through the misuse of the venue/facilities will be borne by the guests.
- Anyone found to abuse others or violate the existing terms will be made to leave the premises.
- DreamUs TYS Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions, operations hours, shorten and/or halt sessions without prior notice.
