You need to follow the rules & directions on board if rules aren't followed tour can be cancelled Cancellation Policy* If a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the supplier will issue you a credit note valid for 12 months from your trip date. If after 12 months your trip is still unable to take place due to unforeseen circumstances, the supplier will issue you a credit note of 50% less than your original deposit which is valid for a further 12 months
