Airport Pick Up Information

• Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival
• If you booked a car or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative holding a Klook sign at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived
• If you booked a van (up to group of 12), the operator will inform you in advance for the exact pick-up location (e.g. arrival hall 2 or 3). This is due to the restrictions of the airport and difficulties for parking inside the car park
