Airport Pick Up Information
Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May
Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival
Staff will be holding a Klook sign with the name used for booking on it
If your arrival is delayed, send an email/message to your driver to check their availability. An overtime surcharge will apply

Hotel Pick Up Information
Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
The driver will wait for up to 40 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
If you are not ready for pick up within 40 minutes, the driver will contact the hotel staff. If you still cannot be reached, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
