Airport Pick Up Information
Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May
If your flight is delayed, please inform us through email regarding the flight status
After baggage claim and customs check, please exit Godofredo P. Ramos Airport and proceed to the Southwest booth located at the Airport Arrival curbside located at the front of the airport. An airport representative will meet you at the counter

Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
