Pick Up and Drop Off

Booking Guidelines

• For same day bookings, please book at least 3 hour(s) before your selected pick up time

  Airport Pick Up Information

• Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it

• Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival

• If your arrival is delayed, send an email/message to your driver to check their availability. An overtime surcharge will apply

  Hotel Pick Up Information

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time

• The driver will wait for up to 40 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

• If you are not ready for pick up within 40 minutes, the driver will contact the hotel staff. If you still cannot be reached, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

  Hotel Pick Up Area and Time

• Hotel pick ups are available within Iloilo City only

  Others

• Select arrival date at checkout. If arrival is at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May

• Your selected pick up date & time for departure transfers should be at least 3 hours before departure due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight/cruise
  - All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
