Booking Guidelines

• For same day bookings, please book at least 3 hour(s) before your selected pick up time

  Airport Pick Up Information

• Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May

• Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 3 hour(s) before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
• For international arrivals: After you exit the Arrival Hall, please look for the staff holding a Klook signage at column 10 (please refer to the map for more details)

• For domestic arrivals: Domestic Arrival Hall Gate A2 (in front of Puro Gusto Café). Please look for a staff member or a standee with a Klook shirt and sign

  Airport Pick Up Time and Location

• 07:31-22:59

  Hotel Pick Up Information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

• The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

• For International flight: 120 mins
• For Domestic flight: 60 mins
