Pick-up was on time .The taxi operator and the driver were both polite and professional. Only issue was that the Pick-up point was confusing at first but when we sorted it out , it was great.

Excellent service. Although the first driver did not exactly drop us at the Memories show on arrival, the pick up driver made up all the difference by picking us up in the car park of the Memories show after the event for our transfer back to hotel in Danang. Communicating via What's App is the key. A top service.

The driver was very cordial and safely drove us baxk from Hoi An Memories show to Danang Homestay. Cooridnation of location was easy. Opeartor (different from the driver, does logisitics before) can be more cordial -- but shared details of driver, location and car easily (2-3 hr before trip, final details about 1 hr before).
