- Main flavour: Over-roasted chicken breast with chef’s special potatoes with broccolini, baby carrots and chimichurri
- Sweet flavour: Chef’s deconstructed eton mess and heavenly tiramisu

- First flavour: Caprese salad with Roma tomatoes + boccocini + kalamata olives + pine nuts
