Warnings : - Devices can be returned at the return boxes of the designated counter outside of the service hours.
- No refund will be provided for no-show on the stated pickup date.
- Pickup day of the device will be the start day of the rental.
- Transmission rates may slow down or reach no connectivity depending on internet traffic or usage areas.
- Excessive data consumption may cause slow or poor connection.
- For early pick-up or late returns of the device, additional charges may apply.
- Please return the full set of rented equipment (devices, sim card, power cord and plug) in the pouch. None of the equipment will be considered returned unless they are inside the pouch.
- If you lose any or all of the WiFi equipment, you will be charged with a replacement fee.
- Additional charges will apply for visible cracks and damages of the device.
