Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Very family friendly and great location. Just hopped across the road to enjoy the early morning sunrise. Easy walk down to the dedicated swimming area, playground, BBQ.

We stayed at the Arlington at Clifton Beach for 4 nights on June 1519, 2012. This is a great place with 2 nice bedrooms 1 king and 2 twins and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is spotless and in a great location, directly across from the beach in beautiful Clifton. It's about 15 minutes drive to the city of Cairn. The manager craig petra was fantastic and attentive to any problems that came up. We only wished we had remained longer.

We have a very enjoyable experience staying here. This is a fantastic place if you want to go somewhere else. The location is on the beach, but the distance to the restaurant is very short. The condition of the apartment is clean and the condition is well presented. Overall, the service is good. But if you want to enjoy the nightlife, this is not the place for you.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a split air conditioner in the room. It has a balcony that looks out onto the water, has a good view of the beach, and is close to restaurants and busier Palm Cove. There are a lot of linens and towels, including beach, and there is a pool on site. There is a pool, with a pool, a stroller, a high chair, a deck chair, kids toys, noodles, and plastic cups. And, we found sky, 2 double rooms, a table for 6 and a bed under a handy ceiling fan in the front. There is a complete laundry with a washer and dryer, an iron, and ironing board. There is no food here, but there are sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and some dishwashing laundry sachets at the front. It's easy to order takeout from Clifton Beach Pizza or stroll around the corner to Coco Mojo restaurant. The terrible internet reception is the only drawback, but you're on vacation, so deal with it.

Spend 5 nights at these lovely acts. We had two apartments and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Our apartment was on level 2's middle building and had no view of the ocean. We were a little let down by the pool because it had so much debris in it. It appeared to haven't been cleaned in a week. But, overall, we had a good time here. The home was wonderful and clean, with a lovely kitchen. The rooms were adequate, but the bedrooms' carpet is beginning to show signs of wear. There was plenty of hot water, and excellent water flow. Air conditioning and the washing machine were both reliable. We didn't use the ac in the bus because it was cold enough outside to go without it. The ac was both good. The ac and washing machine were both functional. However, the dryer had a few issues, but it was a welcome convenience to be able to wash while on vacation. The only real disadvantage was the absence of internet access at the acts. With an agricourt, you could use the internet, but you had to go down to that building to access. The internet cost varied. I spent $ 20 for 5 hours of usage. It was beautiful and flushed across the crowded street. Because it wasnt stinger season, I was able to swim in the lovely ocean without any problems. 3 night stay in march 09 tried to squeeze as much into a 3 week trip to australia and would recommend this area and this hotel. As others have said, Craig and Petra very helpful. Hotel is in a lovely location across the street from the beach. The apartment is very big and has everything you need including the dishwasher! Isolated especially if you do not have a car. After a heavy rain we were given a lift back from the supermarket from a kind man in the liquor store. Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor BBQ area that we didn't use as a result of the rain! I liked the green island so much, we went twice. our first time snorkeling. Loved verandas who went up on train and back down on the skyrail. Both are amazing. I would like to return to Arlington and stay longer.

Nice large apartment in great location, had everything we needed. Only negative was that we found sand on furniture & didnt feel it was well cleaned and apartment interior was quite dark.
