The staff were very helpful; the facilities were clean and the location was just what we wanted. The only negative issue was minor; a missing corner seal on the fridge freezer which lead to the freezer icing up. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The managers were fabulous, we were running late so they arranged alternative book in procedures for us. The unit itself was spotless and really comfortable, the stand out was the bathroom, it was huge by portable home sizes. We didn't have time to get around much but access to the beach was easy as from the park, everything was neat and tidy. And only a short way away was the bowls club for a fantastic meal. We'll be back

The managers were helpful and the location was great. The bed was not as good as I would have liked. The stairs to the balcony urgently require a light because at night it is very dark.

We only stayed overnight but enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the cabin and the kids loved having their own top bunk bed (we had to make the bed through-linen was provided). The kids were happy with the playground (although the jumping pillow wasn't fully inflated) - they begged to go swimming but it was winter so weren't allowed. For anyone not familiar with Manning Point, there isn't many options for dinner - the bowls club was great through and the meals tasty with something to suit everyone.

Was looking forward to having a weeks holiday with my family in a deluxe cabin, but when we arrived at our destination we were put in a little villa which did not resemble what I booked and paid for in the first place. I complained to management and was put in a standard cabin which did not resemble what was offered in the photos on the website. Needless to say, we enjoyed the beach, pool and jumping pillow which were the highlights of our holiday.

Cleaning was non existant bad when u have to wash cooking utensils to use them enough food under the lounge cushions to feed all the cockroaches in town ,aircon could be sold as an antique when u switched it on sounded like a helicopter taking off the best part of the cabin was the verandah!

The park is in a great location with family friendly pool and jumping pillow. However, we were disappointed with our booking as our room did not match the website description. The photos in expedia showed a bathroom with a tub which staff states were not meant to be in the room we booked despite being in the room photos. We were given a room with only 1 set of bunk beds, despite booking one with 2 sets of bunks for our 3 children. Our cabin was then changed to one with twin bunks, after some discussion among the staff... we then found later that it had no hairdryer, ironing board, nor iron... I think if the room advertised fit the photos and amenities specific to the room, it would be a much better stay. I felt that I booked under false impression, which was made worse with the need to change cabin, and then finding the cabin insufficiently stocked as advertised.
