Initially had an issue in the room we were allotted to, but after speaking wuth the helpful guy at the desk hevpromptly offered us another fully refurbished room without even asking for it. We would certainly recommend this place and stay there again.

Good hotel with old school feel, loved the bedroom being separated from lounge and full kitchen facilities - the best part was actual tea and coffee cups ready on a tray! Lovely detail, how hotels used to be. Definitely recommend
