The location was nice and the location was just a little bit further from the main road so I can enjoy the walks into town. Very quiet even having a solitary place near cod.

I've stayed at the crest a few times over the last few years, and while we enjoy the location, the complex really needs a touch of care. The pool needs a thorough cleaning, the parking lot looks like it's being used as a disposal site, there are a few lights out, and one of the child-proof gates needs attention. Hopefully, this helpful feedback will be received with grace, as it was intended.

On arrival, dan graciously upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment. We had the majority of the pleasant pool area to ourselves because there were only a few other visitors. Despite being claimed to have been heated to 27 degrees, the pool was spotless and somewhat chill. Moreover, our apartment was spotless, roomy, and well-appointed, right next to the pool and steps to a garage and underground parking lot. The second bedroom's fan was left lying around during renovation, but the beds and towels were excellent, and the entire space was freshly painted. We enjoyed our visit, but it was annoying that paid parking was required throughout Byron Bay until 6 a.m. The stroll into town was straightforward along a busy road. A pleasant break. Excellent family vacation spot for 5 days, with amenities provided and topped up by the ever-helpful dan. Excellent location outside of the city center, but all are within walking distance. Poplar offers a fantastic hourly car rental service which they also close by and strongly endorse. Pool was clean and healthy, not a 5 star, but more than meets the needs of a traveling family.

Byron Bay, I love your offer to come to the Crest on March 1 st, I will be back and will visit it as soon as you can. Dan the manager was kind enough to give me a credit for future travel.
