The bond will be released after check-out, provided the following conditions are met:All house rules are followed.The property is respected and returned in a tidy condition.The kitchen and its appliances are cleaned and returned as found.No items are missing or damaged.Amenities Provided:Bedding, towels, and advertised consumables (approximately 7 days' worth) are included.Servicing and consumable replenishment are not available, allowing for significant discounts on multiple-night reservations.Garage Height Limits:Harbour View Superior Apartment: 2.03 metres.All Other Apartments: 2.2 metres.Air-Conditioning:All apartments are equipped with air-conditioning.Only Harbour View Superior Apartments feature air-conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living area.Dining Options:Not all apartments include full-size indoor dining tables.
