The mantra hotel parramatta welcomes me with open arms and promises to keep the stay a good one. When I arrived at the mantra hotel parramatta, there was a friendly and professionally run reception team who made the stay memorable for the right reasons. When a minor problem with the mattress, reception quickly fixed it and even followed up to make sure it was fixed. This was a routine for the reception team. Throughout our stay, they always went above and beyond. The hotel is close to Westfield Parramatta, there is plenty of parking onsite for a reasonable price, and church it Restaurant is not far away and Church it Restaurant is just a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the last two years have not been kind to this hotel, with rooms starting to show their age. Nothing, that a good investment from the hotel owner would be able to repair and restore this hotel back to its former glory. Some issues include beds that are starting to sag because of age the toilet roll holder is damaged, the same with the shower curtain peeling paint on the balcony, and the shower curtain peeling paint on the balcony. The tes are at an uncomfortable angle dusty rooms as the housekeepers are pushed off their feet sadly a trend in all hotels due to a lack of hospitality staff and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff working at their highest to keep the hotels running

The room was nice, nice, and central in Parramatta. Cost was reasonable, and parking was provided. When I checked, I parked my car, and the reserved parking lot was filled. Reception welcomed me and happily let me use a different parking lot. Although a little awkward, it was adequate. I took the elevator from the parking lot to the first floor but couldn't locate my room, so I went back down only to be told I needed to use another set of elevators. Again, a little awkward. The person who asked to have my all membership number added to my reservation said: Oh, but your company booked it, which annoyed me the most. She ultimately wrote my number down on the booking form, not sure if it ever got entered. I am currently in all gold status, so I decided against further action because I don't enjoy dealing with it. I did, however, receive no confirmation of my status or any additional payment based on my all rights at gold status. Whats the point of a program if it isn't properly administered? Apart from the factors above, the front desk staff was largely knowledgeable. Apart from that, the stay was excellent, but it was just one night in and out, so I never really had an opportunity to interact with the staff again. It will undoubtedly have been regrettable.

This hotel is not worth the price we pay. The ac is broken and if you complain, they will fix it, but until then, they do not care about the comfort of their customers. The location is good. But the room service and standard rooms are not good. The rooms are small and there are no locker facilities, dental kits or kitchenette.

This place is very good, near to the railway station, westfield, and restaurants, The mantra restaurant only serves breakfast, so the kitchenette is very useful. The housekeeping team is very talented and accommodating.
