Relaxing Cottage in Byron Bay's hinterland

Arrival is from 2.00pm & departure is by 10:00am. Early arrival or late departure maybe possible if prior arrangements are made with the owner. Prior to departing, it's expected that guests ensure all dishes etc are washed, put back into cupboards & the Cottage is left in a reasonable condition as was found at the beginning of your stay, including the BBQ being cleaned if used. Upon departure, please ensure you leave the key on the table & the door unlocked. A charge maybe incurred for any lost or locked keys in the Cottage to cover the cost of changing locks.
Guests are responsible for any loss of or damage/s to any items in/or to the Cottage itself. Please let us know if any breakages/damage/loss occur.
At the end of your stay, all rubbish should be placed in the council bins provided at the beginning of the driveway on the street end.
The property uses tank water so please be conscious of water use as we can often be in drought in this area. We have a UV water filtration system in place, so the water is fine to drink from the taps.
Please ensure the air-conditioner, fans & appliances are switched off when not in use or when guests are not on the property.
A starter pack of basic items such as toilet paper, tea, coffee, hand wash etc has been left for you. Once this is used it is expected for the guests to replenish these items for the duration of their stay. Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. All butts must be deposited into bins. We have a ‘no party’ policy & no extra guests are permitted on the property during your stay unless a specific request has been approved by the owner. The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking. Whilst we want you to enjoy your stay we ask you to respect the neighbours by ensuring all loud noise is ceased by 11pm.
