The apartment is modern and spacious. I love the beach view from the balcony. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. Great location, close to amenities and walking distance to cafes and camill avenue.

We recently stayed at the matra Sierra grand in broadbeach in a room hosted by Q Stay. From the initial booking of our stay to the end and checkout. The team was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Check in was simple and we were greeted with a smiling face and a staff member who ensured we knew all the details about the ins and outs. The checkin video of how to get there was also a great help in getting to the office to collect the keys! Our room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils provided so we didnt have to eat out every night! The location was also great! I booked before reading some previous reviews as i might have questioned, but i couldnt fault our stay and we will be back! Thank you so much team, we really appreciated it!.

I had a wonderful stay at qstay, the rooms were clean, and the facilities within the complex were excellent. The customer service was excellent and accommodating. The checkin process, out of hours, and checkout process were seemingly endless.

This apartment was very spacious and had easy access to a beautiful pool, spa, beach, and shopping centre. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three tvs, and a kitchen that has everything.

The location is excellent. The bedroom is wellappointed, and there are plenty of bathrooms. However, there are some items that are damaged, damaged, or unclean. Nevertheless, there is nothing stopping the location!.

I have stayed in so many places on the gold coast but this has been the best place we have ever stayed. From the ease of booking to the contact from the owner to the cleanliness of the room i couldnt fault anything about our stay. And the location is absolutely amazing, it wont disappoint with so many things within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was for a week. It was difficult to find the office to pick up the keys on the first night but eventually found it. The room was more than enough and had everything we needed. In an amazing location right in the middle of surfers and cavill ave, woolies on the ground floor are very convenient and food and coffee are also very good. Literally a blocks walk to main street with endless food and drink options. Overall our stay was perfect.

We are a 7yearold extended family and can highly recommend our 4bedroom apartment in the north tower on circle on caill, surfers paradise. The view was breathtaking, and every bedroom had a view of the water. The apartment was spacious, with a large living area and 2 1/2 bedrooms. Being on caill avenue is very close to all activities, and having a woolworths downstairs was a bonus.

A fantastic spot for a group of 10 staying on the gold coast. The property had all the modern conveniences of a modern apartment, the views were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly accommodating to the groups needs prior to booking.

I would rate my stay 10/10 and will definitely stay here again! Love it. So close to everything, woolworths downstairs and only a short walk to the beach and esplanade. Beautiful full kitchen, bathroom with large spa and shower with good pressure. Beautiful large balcony to see the beach. The staff were all amazing and very kind. Nothing was too much to ask for, they were always willing to help with anything we needed. Made our stay extra special with a few surprises set up for my birthday.

We had a wonderful time. There were balloons greeted us as soon as we walked into our apartment, and my young 4yearold was ecstatic. The apartment was immaculate, and the icing on the cake was the soothing scent of light. The ocean view was fantastic, and we received a high level as requested. Our rooms spa was also fantastic, and we had a very relaxing stay. Cant speak more about the location, as there is a supermarket downstairs, and all wellknown restaurants are also present. The beach is only 250 meters away.

The apartment is in a great location. Its a good size for a family, but the apartment needs maintenance. No support when asked for help with a broken light.
