Check-in was well organized by Stephanie for our group of 6. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, and convenient to all property amenities. Food menu had a nice variety. Service was a bit slow at times, but we were in no hurry. The staff at this property went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of. The were very accommodative. Karaoke night Friday was a huge surprise and PLUS!

What an amazing place to stay! We felt like we were family! We even met the owner and learned how the Villas came to be. We enjoyed our time with Dale the driver who made sure we went wherever we needed. My friends and I would recommend these villas to anyone visiting Belize!

The reality of this property is even better than pictures and description offer. The beachfront is truly lovely and the grounds are very well maintained. It seemed that all of the people working at the resort really enjoyed their jobs, and they were all so eager to help and make our stay excellent. I thought it would be awkward to share common spaces with others, but the shared areas were large and well distributed for groups, and the private rooms offer all the privacy we needed. These villas are such a gem!

I absolutely loved everything about Villas at Playa De Coco! 5/5 stars does not seem like a high enough rating. The airport pickup process was easy to arrange, delicious food, gorgeous property along with a beautiful beach/multiple pools, and the staff are all so nice. Dale, Magdoleno, and Sade helped me tremendously and I will forever be grateful to have met them. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Villas for helping me welcome in my birthday!

It was a wonderful location with a wonderful staff! I even had a washer/dryer so came home without loads of laundry! My only suggestion would be to offer hot showers- ours was cool at best- my only complaint!!!

All the staff are so kind and willing to go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Our room was made up and restocked daily. The restaurant food was delicious. The golf carts and mountain bikes looked brand new. One of the staff made sure we had enough air in the tires. The beachfront location was perfect! We would highly recommend staying here.

The whole place was beautiful. No expense was spared. The private outdoor shower was so cool, the bed and bedding were so comfortable. Loved the entire property and we can NOT say enough about the staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Stayed here via Hotels.com expecting a private villa, but on arrival it turned out to be a shared villa setup, which was not how it was advertised. That alone was a dealbreaker for us as it changed the whole experience (privacy and comfort). On top of that, other guests were doing loud karaoke late into the evening and we could not sleep. We raised it, but it wasn’t properly managed. After leaving, communication was slow and unclear. It took around a month of chasing to reach any resolution and we were only partially refunded in the end. I would not recommend. If you book, get written confirmation that the accommodation is fully private (not shared) and ask about noise rules/enforcement before you pay.
