We had a great room overlooking the water. It was fantastic to sleep with the windows open listening to the ocean. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Having breakfast available every morning was awesome and we enjoyed being in the lounge for happy hour and even after dinner and talking to fellow guests.

Staying at this resort, felt like we were in a fairytale. One of our favourite parts was the fact that our room was overlooking the ocean and every night and every morning we fell asleep and awoke to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The staff was friendly. Everything was well organized, and it was very peaceful and overall it was a very quiet resort. Just what we were looking for. You’re about a 10 minute car ride from the rainforest loops A and B one Direction and 10 minutes in the other direction you’re in the heart of Tofino with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We recommend a trip to Big Daddy’s Fish Fry, get the Chowder or Salmon burger at Wildwood Grill and for something a little more elevated but still casual you have to go to The Bear Bierhouse. Make sure you get the Sockeye Salmon and Mussels! Delicious and soooo fresh!

Fourth time staying at this property and I will stay there again next time. Love it! Disappointed this time that they are not serving full evening meals. But oh well. Lots of other choices in Tofino and area.

As a family with young children (3yrs and an infant) we loved our stay! Having the lodge amenities- breakfast, beach toys, the lodge atmosphere with being able to have a beverage while the children read books and relaxed in the lodge was truly lovely. The ease of access to these things made it more enjoyable. Our cabin was exactly as advertised however it was quite dusty with abundant cobwebs in the bedroom, behind the curtains and kitchen area. I understand it’s a cabin, however at the price point- I would have liked to see a bit more attention paid to the cleanliness. My toddler touched a blind above the bed and her handprints were very visible the dust was so thick! To be fair, I also didn’t bring the cleanliness to the attention of the staff, but I’m sure if I did , they would have had a prompt professional response as they were great in other areas. We used one of their provided cribs for our infant and it was great and felt safe. Despite that small critique, I would still highly recommend this for other families as it was a lovely stay!

Beautiful and convenient location in relation to Tofino and Uclulet. Beautiful view of ocean and beach. Lovely common lounge area and deck for relaxing. Our room had a small private balcony with Adirondack chairs with a fantastic ocean and beach view. The continental breakfast was generous with a nice selection. Coffee and tea where always available in the lounge, with freshly baked cookies in the evening. The only negative is that our room was quite small with no clothes closet and limited space to store personal belongings when staying for a few days. However this would not prevent us from a return visit. Gorgeous property, fantastic stay!

This property at Tofino is a perfect getaway. Our lodge section is listed as “Adults Only”. No pets were noted. The resulting calm and quiet was just what we were after. Check the amenities offered for your selection. Ours had no television or chairs, but did have an unhampered view of the ocean and the wonderful sound of the surf, 24/7. Please note that a side room down the hall had tables, chairs, television should you wish them. We couldn’t have asked for a better respite from a busy city left behind.

Very helpful staff! Thankful there was a continental breakfast available and a special treat of cookies every evening with coffee and tea available throughout the day. Lodge room was small but it was only for two people so managed fine. Gym well equipped. Restaurant served very tasty food!

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front dining/lounge room was very comfortable and clean, a great place to read a book or plan the day’s adventure while overlooking the beach and the ocean! The breakfast buffet was delicious and I cannot say enough about how good the freshly baked goods were! Overall, this was the most perfect stay I’ve had at any accommodation I’ve been to and will certainly be back! Thank you Middle Lodge Beach!

Die Middle Beach Lodge ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum abschalten. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer an sich wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt sicherlich modernere Hotels, aber irgendwie gehört grade dies zum Charme der Unterkunft. Abends gibt es frisch gebackene Kekse und einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
